Tenant Settings

Team, roles, access controls, email configuration, feature flags, and billing.

Account settings control how your organization runs Satua. Most settings are admin-only, with some manager-level operational tools.

Navigate to /settings. The tabs you see depend on your role and the features included on your plan.


Team Management

Path: /settings/team Visible to: Admins and Managers

Use this tab to invite members, update roles, approve pending users, and remove access.

Roles

Data Connections

Path: /settings/data-connections Visible to: Admins and Managers

Connect your Hunter.io account so Satua can run Lead Discovery against your own credits — no markup, no resale. Hunter is the only data provider Satua orchestrates against.

You can test, rotate, and revoke the connection from this page.

ICP setup for live discoveries happens on the discovery detail page through ICP chat, not from a Settings tab.


Email & Domain

Path: /settings/domain Visible to: Admins only

Verify sender domain and monitor DNS verification status for outreach readiness. When one-click DNS is available, the domain setup flow may offer an assisted registrar login; otherwise the manual DNS record copy-paste flow is always available.

AI Email Profile

Path: /settings/ai-email-profile Visible to: Admins only (when email is enabled)

Controls AI message style, structure, and prompt tuning for one-to-one outreach drafts.


No-Call List

Path: /settings/no-call-list Visible to: Admins only (feature-flag dependent)

Manage blocked contacts and prevent outbound calls or sends to restricted recipients where the feature is enabled.


Reports Access

Path: /settings/reports Visible to: Admins only (when reporting flags are enabled)

Control who can view individual and team reporting surfaces. account admins always retain admin-level reporting access.


My Plan

Path: /settings/my-plan Visible to: users with plan visibility enabled

Shows plan summary, invoice history, and billing-period totals when account plan visibility is enabled.

Lead volume metrics may be displayed operationally but are non-billable under Satua's data-controller policy.
