Satua tracks every lead through a status-driven lifecycle. This is the CRM pipeline your team works day to day. It is separate from optional data-ingestion pipelines, which add records to the CRM.
Lead Statuses
Every lead moves through the following stages:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Added to your dashboard, no action taken yet. |
| Contacted | At least one outreach attempt has been logged. |
| Qualified | The lead has been evaluated and meets your criteria. |
| Proposal | A proposal or quote is in front of them. |
| Negotiation | Commercial terms or final next steps are being worked. |
| Won | The deal closed. |
| Lost | The deal did not close or the lead went cold. |
There is also a Nurture status for leads you want to keep in the system but are not actively working right now.
Moving Leads Through the Lifecycle
In grid view: drag a lead card from one column to another.
In the lead detail panel: use the status dropdown in the left sidebar.
From Mark Contact: optionally update status while logging a call, email, LinkedIn touch, SMS, or other activity.
Each status change is recorded in the activity timeline with a timestamp and actor. This trail is the foundation for reporting.
Reporting
Reports are accessed from the sidebar when reporting is enabled and your account has access. What you can see depends on the permissions your account admin has configured (see Account Settings).
Reports query live data — there is no overnight batch job. The numbers you see reflect the current state of your leads and activity history.
Individual reports
Your individual report shows metrics for a single rep over a selected date range. Date range presets include today, this week, this month to date, this year to date, last 7 days, last 30 days, and custom.
Metrics available:
- Number of leads currently assigned to the rep.
- Total activities logged (calls, emails, notes) over the period.
- Breakdown by activity type.
- Total contacts made, broken down by method (call, email, LinkedIn, SMS).
- Follow-ups logged.
- Trend charts showing daily contact and activity counts over the selected period.
- Win/loss and progression indicators based on recorded lifecycle transitions.
account admins can view any rep's individual report. Reps with individual reporting access can view their own. No peer access is available by default.
Team reports
The team report aggregates activity across all reps for the account.
Metrics available:
- Total contacts made, broken down by method.
- Total follow-ups logged.
- Leads assigned per rep, with a distribution chart.
- Rep leaderboard: contacts, follow-ups, close rate, and current assigned count per person.
- Team-wide conversion and progression indicators.
- Count of unassigned leads that are still active (click through to a filtered dashboard view).
- Activity over time, with daily breakdowns by event type.
- Company lifecycle funnel: how many companies are at each stage (Lead, Prospect, Customer).
Clicking a rep's row in the leaderboard navigates to that rep's individual report.
Reports Access
Reports access is configured in Settings > Reports by account admins. There are two independent scopes:
- Individual reports — the account admin can allow all members to see their own report, or grant access to specific individuals.
- Team reports — the account admin grants access to specific team members.
account admins always have access to both scopes. If you do not see the Reports link in the sidebar, ask your admin to enable access for your account.
