Personal Settings

Profile, sender alias, signature, notification preferences, and auth.

Personal settings control your profile, how you appear when sending email, your email signature, notification preferences, and your dialer setup. These settings apply to your account only and do not affect other team members.

Navigate to /settings/profile to manage all of these.


Profile

  • Full name — how your name appears to teammates in assignment dropdowns, activity feeds, and @-mentions.
  • Avatar — an image URL for your profile picture, shown alongside your name throughout the app.
  • Login email — the email address you use to sign in. To change it, submit a Support request from the Requests tab in your account.

Sender Email and Name

When you send email from Satua, the From address defaults to your login email. If you want to send as a different address (for example, team@acme.com), you can set a sender email alias here.

The domain of your sender email must match the verified sending domain configured for your account (or one of its verified aliases). You cannot send from an arbitrary external address.

  • Sender email — the address that appears in the From field.
  • Sender name — the display name that appears alongside the address, for example "Arnold from Acme".

Email Signature

Your signature is appended automatically to every outbound email you send from Satua.

Two modes are available:

  • Plain text — a simple text block, displayed as-is in the email footer. Recommended for deliverability. HTML signatures with images and links increase the likelihood of emails being flagged as spam or landing in promotions folders.
  • HTML — a formatted signature with links, images, or styled text. Paste your HTML directly into the editor.

A preview option lets you see how the signature will appear before saving.


Dialer Preference

The Call button in the lead detail panel opens your preferred dialing app. Set your preferred dialer here so the app launches it directly instead of asking each time.

Supported options:

  • System phone (tel:)
  • Zoom Phone
  • Dialpad
  • Google Voice
  • Custom URL scheme — paste a template using {number} as a placeholder for the phone number (for example, myapp://call/{number})

Your last-used choice is also remembered per session if you have not set a default here.


Notification Preferences

Satua supports per-type in-app notification toggles, including:

  • Mentions
  • Follow-ups due
  • Lead assigned to me
  • New comments
  • Status changes
  • Email opened
  • Email bounced
  • Pipeline runs completed
  • Imports completed

You can turn off any of these notification types individually. Changes take effect immediately.

Notifications appear in the bell icon in the top bar. Click it to see your recent notifications. Clicking a notification marks it read and opens the relevant lead.


Password and Authentication

To reset your password, sign out and use the Forgot password link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your login email address.

If you have trouble accessing your account, submit a Support request from the Requests tab.
